There is a great deal of connection work in the process of assembling the computer spring machine. We generally divide the connection mode of the computer spring machine into two kinds: disassembly connection and non-disassembly connection.
1.常见的不可拆卸联接有焊接、铆接和过盈联接等等,其中过盈联接多用语轴、孔配合。实现过盈联接常用压入配合、热胀配合和冷缩配合等方法。一般电脑弹簧机器可以用压入配合法,重要或精密的机器乐意用热胀、冷缩 配合法。电脑弹簧机不可拆卸联接在被联接零、电脑弹簧机部件的使用过程中是不拆卸的,如要拆卸则往往会损坏某些零件。
Common non-detachable joints include welding, riveting and interference joints, among which interference joints are often used in terms of shaft and hole fit. For interference fit, common methods of press fit, thermal expansion and cold shrink fit are used. General computer spring machine can be used to press fit method, important or precision machines are willing to use hot expansion, cold contraction fit method. The non-removable connection of the computer spring machine is not disassembled during the use of the connected parts of the computer spring machine. If it is to be disassembled, some parts will be damaged.
2.可拆卸联接相互联接的零、部件时不损坏任何零件,拆卸后还可以重新联接。常见的可拆卸连接有螺纹连接、键联接及销钉联接。其中以螺纹连接应用最为广泛。螺纹连接的质量与装配工艺有很大关系,应根据电脑弹簧机被联接零、部件的形状和螺栓的分布、受力情况,合理确定各螺栓的紧固力,多个螺栓间的紧固顺序和紧固力的均衡等要求。
_2. Removable joints are connected to each other without damaging any parts, and can be reconnected after disassembly. The common removable connections include threaded connection, key connection and pin connection. Thread connection is the most widely used. The quality of thread connection is closely related to the assembling process. The fastening force of each bolt, the order of fastening and the balance of fastening force among the bolts should be reasonably determined according to the shape of the parts and the distribution and force of the bolts.
